The filings say something.
Nobody has time to read them.

1.5M filing facts parsed from XBRL,5.2M insider transactions from Form 4, and23.5M institutional positions from9,985 managers — all sitting on the same page as the price, and all readable by an AI that quotes the number it used.

Open without an account. Limits lift when you make one.

Three things that go wrong everywhere else

Positions that vanish

13F is filed by CUSIP. Skip the mapping and the block comes back empty — which reads exactly like "no institution holds this". A silent zero is worse than an error, because nobody questions it.

Numbers without a yardstick

45% of volume sold short sounds like an imminent squeeze. It is the norm — market-maker hedging is in that figure. Every number that invites a misreading ships with its own base rate.

Fundamentals that don't add up

Our own assistant caught a 720% net margin on NVDA in our data. We now run a plausibility check and mark the block unusable rather than reason on it. The upstream fix is still open, and we say so.

Questions people actually ask

Where do the filings come from?

Straight from EDGAR. Company facts are read from the XBRL exhibits rather than scraped out of the HTML, which is why a value can be traced to the exact filing and period it came from instead of to a paragraph someone parsed. We hold 1.5M individual facts.

How current are insider trades?

Form 4 has a two-business-day filing deadline, so a purchase shows up within days of the trade. We hold 5.2M transactions, each with the filer, their role, the size and the price paid.

Do you resolve 13F positions to tickers?

Yes, and it is the part everyone gets wrong. Institutions file by CUSIP, not by ticker — without a CUSIP-to-instrument map, the whole block comes back empty and the honest-looking conclusion is "nobody owns this". We map it, so a 13F position lands on the same instrument page as the price chart.

Can the AI read a filing for me?

It reads the structured facts, not the prose. That is a deliberate limit: a model summarising 200 pages of legalese produces something fluent and unverifiable. Working from parsed values means every statement it makes has a figure and a period behind it that you can click through to.

What about restatements and amendments?

Facts carry the filing they came from, so a restated figure does not silently overwrite the original. That matters for anything historical: a screener that quietly uses restated numbers is testing a world in which you knew things you could not have known.

The measured signals, when they fire

Which instruments had an event with a measured base rate behind it, and the number that backs it. No market calls, no newsletter filler.

Read what they filed, not what someone said about it.

No card, no demo call, no sales email. The terminal is public — an account raises the limits, and the AI runs on credits.
