Terms of Service
1. The service
EdgeMarket provides AI-assisted drafting of responses to customer reviews. Generated text is a draft: you are responsible for reviewing, editing and publishing it, and for its compliance with the policies of the platform where you post it and with applicable law (including privacy rules for regulated industries).
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must only import and process review content that you are entitled to manage (your own business or businesses you are authorized to represent).
3. Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe. AI reply credits are added each billing cycle; unused credits remain available while your subscription is active. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to generate deceptive, unlawful or abusive content, to post fake reviews or fake responses on behalf of businesses you do not represent, or to circumvent rate limits or platform policies.
5. Intellectual property
You retain rights to the content you input and to generated responses you use. We retain all rights to the service itself.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is". AI-generated text can contain errors — always review before posting. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated via the service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
